- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing bookings, enquiries, tracking, and status updates via hotline, email, and live chat.
- Process shipments and documentation accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to provide updates and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DHL products, services, and shipping regulations.
- Utilize CRM systems to log and manage customer interactions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
