Tanggung Jawab
- Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support across phone, chat, and email channels.
- Maintain detailed case records and follow‑up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first‑contact resolution, and CSAT scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross‑functional teams to improve processes and product knowledge.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and feedback loops to sharpen your skills.
- Support the launch of new campaigns and initiatives by staying updated on product releases and policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college degree in any field (additional certification in customer service is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog is advantageous.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Willingness to undergo extensive product and process training.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
