Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Telco customers with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries through efficient troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance targets for call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Excellent command of English and local dialects
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-pressure situations
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
