Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments in the client's system.
- Provide detailed product/service information and guide customers through processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor following standard procedures.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral or neutral-sounding accent.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking, and typing (minimum 35 words per minute).
- Willing and able to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills, active listening skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Amenable to working onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have valid documentation to work in the Philippines.
