Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required by business operations.
