Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within time limits.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed personal and team-based performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company processes to provide the best support.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule (Wednesdays to Sundays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
