Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and welcoming assistance to mall visitors at the information counter.
  • Handle visitor inquiries regarding store locations, mall promotions, and facility services.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, or lost and found items with patience and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal security and operations teams to ensure mall safety and smooth daily functions.
  • Process gift card sales, vouchers, and member registration applications.
  • Maintain a neat and organized service desk area to reflect brand excellence.
  • Support marketing events and festive activations taking place within the mall premises.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to speak a second language is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy for system data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
