Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and service disruptions promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Monitor daily workflow performance and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Proactively update clients on service status to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Dispatching, or Logistics coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically in time-sensitive situations.
- A collaborative team player with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
