Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of customer service representatives and reception staff.
- Drive sales targets and actively upsell flexible workspace solutions to new and existing clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, call resolution rates, and upselling conversion.
- Handle complex client inquiries and escalated issues with professionalism, ensuring high retention rates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and revenue alignment.
- Anze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and improve the customer journey.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales management role within the hospitality or corporate services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, office productivity tools, and reservation systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
