Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive the center's commercial performance by generating leads, conducting center tours, and successfully closing sales for workspace memberships.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for all clients and visitors.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the customer service team to deliver outstanding hospitality and administrative support.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs to provide tailored workspace solutions.
  • Manage the center's budget, P&L, and financial targets, ensuring maximum revenue generation and cost efficiency.
  • Organize and host networking events to build a vibrant, collaborative community within the workspace.
  • Ensure the physical center is maintained to IWG's premium global brand standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales, account management, or center/facility management role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with full professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
