Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through technical support and issue resolution
- Manage and maintain biannual customer service schedules for preventive maintenance
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products/services during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English
- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/service environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
