In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience. You will manage inquiries, assist with patient registration processes, and maintain the high standard of service that IJN is renowned for. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients, families, and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
  • Facilitate the patient registration process, including verifying documentation and updating medical records.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling requests with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with various medical and administrative departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve minor service issues in accordance with hospital policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other local dialects is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on shifts or public holidays as required by the hospital environment.
