Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
