Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms with professionalism.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about gold trading products and cooperative membership terms.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to streamline the customer onboarding process.
- Stay updated on market trends and internal policy changes to provide the most current advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic CRM software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
- Basic knowledge or interest in gold trading and financial services is a significant advantage.
