Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center or retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency with CRM software, email platforms, and social media
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus
