Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records in the pharmacy management system.
  • Provide basic product information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health supplements.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability for customer requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the pharmacy manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront environment that adheres to company health and safety standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and new product updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a minimum of a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, retail, or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional local dialects is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory software.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical services.
