Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding lighting and electrical products via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our CRM system
- Provide detailed product information and technical assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information regularly
- Contribute to improving customer service processes for the lighting industry
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with technical inquiries
- Basic knowledge of lighting and electrical products is a plus
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software
