You will actively engage with visitors, understand their unique needs, provide expert product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to final payment. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers professionally as they enter the retail space.
- Actively listen to customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotional offers.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, well-stocked, and organized for an optimal shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure daily sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and balance cash drawers according to company procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational background in Retail or Hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physically fit to manage standing and light retail tasks throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines and retail technologies.
- Proven ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
