Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with finance team to address account-related queries
- Update customer databases and document interactions systematically
- Support sales initiatives by providing product information and solutions
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; finance/accounting background preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency advantageous
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
