- Manage end-to-end shipping documentation and customs clearance processes
- Handle client inquiries regarding freight status, billing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transactions
- Coordinate with airline partners and ground operations teams
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Process invoices and manage payment reconciliation
- Resolve customer complaints with timely and effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certificate
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or logistics operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
