Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update customer databases and order records in the internal system.
- Resolve customer feedback and service issues professionally to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports on order status and coordinate administrative tasks as required by the management.
- Assist in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our regional client base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a warehouse/office environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or supply chain support is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in the Tuas region.
