Kualifikasi
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in airport or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 6-day shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language is advantageous
