Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about Moneymax's financial products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer requests and transactions according to established procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously update knowledge of financial products and services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements

Kualifikasi

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage
