Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding shipment status, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external carriers to ensure timely processing of freight forwarding requests.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and customs-related forms.
- Monitor active shipments, proactively identifying potential delays and communicating solutions to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records and shipment data in our management system for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Support the operations team in resolving logistics-related disputes or service issues professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, or equivalent field.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and a secondary language preferred to support a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, service-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn the freight forwarding business.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a diverse team.
