Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Process customer orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently using company systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely updates
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in CRM platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols
- Support cross-functional teams during peak demand periods and product launches
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
