Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive customer service and support for the Sunway Super App users.
- Assist members and merchants with inquiries regarding account information and services.
- Resolve service issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to improve service delivery.
- Accurately update and maintain customer databases and records.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores through effective communication.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM certificate with relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
