We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped with the product knowledge and communication skills needed to excel in this role. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective problem-solving.
  • Update customer account details and service records accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets as set by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a minimum of GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
