Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
- Upsell products and promote UNIQLO LifeWear campaigns to meet store targets.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise as required.
