Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Upsell products and promote UNIQLO LifeWear campaigns to meet store targets.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
  • Assist with stockroom organization and inventory management tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise as required.
