As a CSA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. You will act as the bridge between our brand and our diverse community, handling inquiries with professionalism while embodying the fun and trendy spirit of Sunnies. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, live chat, and phone support.
- Moderate online conversations and community discussions on social media platforms to ensure a positive and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and communication.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating offline community events and pop-up store interactions to drive engagement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Sunnies Studios products, policies, and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center operations is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online community management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
