Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in business or communications
- 1+ years experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
