Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Manage and document all customer interactions and transactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide product information, training, and guidance to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to address complex customer needs.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to management to improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during high-volume periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.
