Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist international passengers with flight information, wayfinding, and general airport amenities.
  • Proactively identify passenger needs and provide accurate, timely solutions to enhance their travel journey.
  • Manage customer feedback professionally and escalate complex issues to the ground operations team when necessary.
  • Support airport operations by ensuring crowd control and queue management during peak travel periods.
  • Maintain high service standards in compliance with aviation safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ground handling staff and airline representatives, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide operational updates and reports to the supervisor regarding daily passenger traffic and feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a recognized diploma in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
