Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for quality tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery standards
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements in all interactions

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice environments
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
