Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via real-time chat platforms for the Bytedance ecosystem.
- Assist users with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to share feedback and improve processes.
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and quality standards for all communications.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell features based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (at least 40 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat support tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or tech support is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Willingness to work in a full-time, fast-paced setting.
