- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for technology, travel, and financial services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and solutions
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Continuously update product knowledge across multiple industry sectors
- Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school or senior high school graduate (college students/graduates welcome)
- Excellent command of English and Filipino languages
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience is advantageous but not required
