Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Process transactions such as payments, account updates, and balance inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- At least completed at least 2 years of college education or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or blended account
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ortigas, Metro Manila
