Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Process transactions such as payments, account updates, and balance inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • At least completed at least 2 years of college education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or blended account
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer navigation and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ortigas, Metro Manila
