Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers regarding financial accounts and services.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and professional support to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols related to financial data and privacy.
- Update account information accurately within the internal database system.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve service delivery and process efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on financial products and policy changes.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed two years of college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and navigation skills.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in BPO, Finance, or Customer Service is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
