Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Log all customer interactions and account details accurately into the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams and product specialists to escalate complex issues and find optimal solutions.
- Adhere to Boschβs service standards, quality assurance metrics, and operational procedures at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement programs to enhance language skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in German (Business Level) and English (C1 or higher).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on quality and speed.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required by the business process.
