- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and administrative procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and support.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and departmental KPIs to ensure service excellence.
- Stay updated on policy changes and healthcare service offerings to provide precise assistance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and calm demeanor under pressure.
