Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing packages efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the branch premises.
- Collaborate with branch manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep accurate records of customer transactions, shipment details, and daily logs.
- Perform other branch-related duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college level (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Open to Fresh Graduates (No prior experience required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting packages.
