Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat for financial accounts within SLA targets
- Resolve account-related issues including transaction disputes and balance inquiries
- Process account updates and assist with digital banking platform navigation
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with specialists to resolve complex financial or technical escalations
- Continuously update knowledge on financial products and regulatory requirements
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in typing (35+ WPM)
- Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities
