Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding online shopping orders and products
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolution of delivery issues
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
