Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Provide excellent customer service and support for ongoing sales campaigns
- Process orders, payments, and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services as part of sales campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
