As a key member of our service centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customer inquiries. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your ability to listen actively, empathize with clients, and resolve issues efficiently will be paramount. We are looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is committed to upholding our high standards of service excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM database.
  • Process service requests, returns, and inquiries in compliance with company policies.
  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs regarding call handling time and customer feedback scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Provide product and service information to clients to help them make informed decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder; relevant customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy, high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or service centre setting is an advantage.
