In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customer inquiries. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your ability to listen actively, empathize with clients, and resolve issues efficiently will be paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Process service requests, returns, and inquiries in compliance with company policies.
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs regarding call handling time and customer feedback scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
- Provide product and service information to clients to help them make informed decisions.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder; relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or service centre setting is an advantage.
