Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the service centre with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and process requests in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the management team.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or front-office operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Available to commit to a 1-year contract duration.
