Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the service centre with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and process requests in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the management team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or front-office operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Available to commit to a 1-year contract duration.
