Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Process customer requests accurately, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex travel issues.
- Adhere to company quality standards and call scripts.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or the Travel industry is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
