Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer detailed recommendations on Cebuano dishes.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining quality control.
- Continuously monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Server, or Customer Service Associate in the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cebuano/Visayan.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a busy restaurant floor safely.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent hospitality.
