  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or policy-related concerns.
  • Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and software applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or hospitality role is a significant advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
