Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and complex cases to the relevant departments.
- Consistently achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Adhere strictly to the 24/7 rotating shift schedule, working weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Cantonese (both spoken and written) to cater to our primary customer base.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willing and able to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
