Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to provide expert-level guidance.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM database for quality tracking.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical departments when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding response time and satisfaction ratings.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights to improve overall customer service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience navigating CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
