Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to provide expert-level guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM database for quality tracking.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical departments when necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding response time and satisfaction ratings.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights to improve overall customer service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills and experience navigating CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
